The clearest way to judge a technology company is to look at what it has shipped and kept alive. Alpha DigiWallet is our own product — we designed it, wrote it, run the infrastructure behind it and support the businesses using it.
Alpha DigiWallet
Alpha DigiWallet is a payment orchestration solution developed and owned by Alph4digiTEC, providing a technology layer that connects merchants with payment providers, acquirers, processors, banks and alternative payment methods.
Building payment infrastructure sets the standard for everything else we build: idempotency, signed integrations, audit trails and environments that behave the same way in test as in production.

Straight answers.
What kind of work do you take on?
Software that has to run in production and be maintained — platforms, APIs, integrations, internal tools and the infrastructure around them. We are less useful for work that ends at handover with nobody responsible for it afterwards.
Do you work per project or on an ongoing basis?
Both. Project work runs under a statement of work with milestones; ongoing work runs as a development or support arrangement. Which one fits is usually obvious by the end of the scoping stage, and we will tell you which we think it is.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Yes, and it is common. We start with a review of what exists, what it costs to keep running, and what it would take to move it forward — then give you an honest view, including when the answer is to leave it alone and spend the money elsewhere.
How does Alpha DigiWallet relate to the company?
It is one of our proprietary technology products, built and operated in-house. Alph4digiTEC owns it. It is both a live commercial product and the clearest demonstration of the kind of systems we build.
Do you work with clients outside the UAE?
Yes. Alph4digiTEC FZE is registered at Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, and we work with clients across markets and time zones.
